She was born amd raised in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii.
She worked and retired as a dry cleaner for Al Philips the Cleaner, then Paul's Dry Cleaning in California. She was also an accomplished musician and entertainer for many years in Hawaii and California.
She is survived by
sons, John M. Cruz, Robert Cruz (Sherry) of West Virginia, Phillip Cruz of California and Michael Cruz
daughters, Alice Cruz of California, Phyli P. (Ed) Kealakai and Mildred K. (Mark) Strickler of California
brother, Paul Kapu

Celebration of Life will take place Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Foutain Valley, CA,
also, Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Mala Wharf in Lahaina, Maui,
and her final rest will be at her graveside service at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific
on Monday, August 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
