Nancy Jane Briz Frazier, 99, of Honolulu Hawaii passed away on January 1st 2016. Born in Astoria, Oregon, she was a homemaker for her family. Nancy is survived by son: Richard W. Frazier; daughter: Bonnie F. Andrew; five Grandchildren; and six Great-Grandchildren.
