Naomi June Nishida

Naomi J. Nishida of Wailua Homesteads passed away February 22, 2012. She was born June 03, 1950 at Wilcox Hospital on Kaua`i. She was a great sister, auntie, classmate and a lifelong teacher. She was preceded in death by her father James E. Nishida, mother Minnie F. Nishida and brother Lowell M. Nishida. She is survived by her brother James E. Nishida Jr. who is married to A. Kimberlin Blackburn of Kapaa, brother Nelson N. Nishida who is married to Ruth M Nishida of Las Vegas, her niece Aida K. N. Watson who is married to James Watson of Ohio and many beloved cousins.

Friends may visit with the family at 3:30PM on Saturday, March 03,2012 at the Kapaa Jodo Mission; memorial service officiated by Rev. Shoryu Akiya will begin at 4:30PM. A celebration of her life will follow in the church hall. Casual attire is suggested.
