Peter Ahoe Akimo, 86, of Kailua, passed away on January 30, 2014 at Castle Hospital. He was a retired Vice President Operations - Manager for Sun Van Moving Company. He is survived by wife, Pauline "Leinaala" Akimo; sons, Peter Akimo III, George Akimo, Michael Palenapa, and Kimo Palenapa; daughters, Maile Collignon, Cindy Wilson, Mary Akimo-Luuwai, and Brandy Akimo; sisters, Thelma Maile and Leina Lewis; 3 Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on February 14, 2014 at Borthwick Mortuary - Makai Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. Visitation will be at 10:00am and service will be at 11:00am. Scattering of cremains will be done at a later date.
Casual attire suggested.
