Philip Leroy Musgrave, 66 of Kailua, Hawaii passed away on December 19, 2013 at Kaiser Hospital. He was a Computer Technician - Service Operator for Stock Investments Brokerage, who was born in San Pedro, California. He is survived by his wife, Sandee L. Musgrave; sister, Judith Axtell and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on January 4, 2014, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - Kailua 3rd Ward, located at 1461 Kanapuu Drive, Kailua, HI 96734. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am and Service at 10:30 am. Burial will be held on January 6, 2014, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 pm. Aloha attire and flowers welcomed.
