Poy Jack Chan, 78, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on July 13th. Poy was a Retired Chef and was born in China. He is survived by his sons, Terry Chan and David Chan; brothers, Poy Chow Chan, Fine Yun Chan, and Kenny (Zhong) Chan; sister, Chen Keng Chan Ng; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
Services are to be held on July 23rd at Borthwick Mortuary Vineyard Chapel located at 1330 Maunakea Street in Honolulu. Visitation will begin at 9:00am and service will start at 10:00am. Burial to follow at 1:30pm at Valley of the Temples located at 47-299 Kahekili Hwy in Kaneohe.
Casual attire suggested.
