Ranray is survived by his beloved wife, Leah Balaoing, and their cherished children, Rey-Mar Balaoing and Ranniel Balaoing. His memory will also be treasured by his siblings, Raymar Balaoing and Randel Balaoing, as well as his sister-in-law, Joe Ann Balaoing. His nephew, Ernest Jhames Balaoing, also mourns his passing.
A funeral service to honor Ranray's life will be held at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary-Honolulu, located at 1150 Kikowaena St, Honolulu, HI 96819, US. The service will take place on November 30, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Ranray Balaoing will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
