
83, of Aiea, HI, passed away at home August 13, 2024. Raymond was born in Lahaina, graduated from Roosevelt High School and from University of Hawaii, Manoa, in mechanical engineering. He worked for the North American Aviation in Los Angeles, and for the City & County of Honolulu in Division of Environmental Services and in the Building Department.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years, Nancy, his parents Lawrence T. S. Len and Mau Yun Len, and his sisters, Soong Elliott and Eleanor Len. He is survived by his sons Patrick (Heather) and Peter (Carolyn); his granddaughters Cydney and Cammie; his brother Norman; and many nephews/nieces/grandnephews/grandnieces/great-grandnephews/great-grandnieces.
He enjoyed tending orchids, bananas, and papayas in his yard, woodworking in his workshop, finding fellowship with members of the Aiea Orchid Club and parishioners of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in Aiea, and loved his family very much.
A special heartfelt mahalo to the doctors and caregivers who provided Raymond excellent care and attention, making his life comfortable during his last days.
