Funeral Service will be held on December 07, 2014 at Borthwick Mortuary - Makai Chapel located 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817. Visitation and Service will begin at 11:00. Burial to be held on January 10, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 11:00 am.
