Born December 4, 1918 in Meadville, Pennsylvania of the late Reverend Dr and Mrs. Don J. VanDevander.
Attended Washington University, St. Louis and graduated from Northwest Missouri University. She taught school in Edina, Hannibal, and Kansas City, Missouri.
A member of the Greater K. C. Dental Auxiliary and the Missouri State Dental Auxiliary.
Surviving are daughter, Pamela Wilson of Boulder, Colorado, granddaughter, Sara Wilson of Denver, Colorado, and grandson, John Wilson of Boulder, Colorado.
