I was lucky enough to be mentored by Sidney Quintal as his Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SUN. I did not know it at the time, but he would change me. 
He was  a unique business man and leader with many talents to share with the world. He was essentially a teacher, and took every opportunity to help me improve. In many ways, it is because of him, and other mentors like him I am where I am today.  

Rest in peace my good friend, you have done your job well!

Sidney was a wonderful man.  Kind and compassionate.  He loved life and always focused on the good in others.  His positive attitude even while battling cancer was truly remarkable.  His love for God was evident in the way he lived life.  He is truly missed and loved dearly.  We will remember him forever.  Trudy and Mason Williams

We will miss your guidance uncle Sidney. You became  our mentor and made sure we were all doing the right things for right reasons. When I visited NZ  last you made sure my visit with you and Taramati was memorable and I saw how you connected with the Maori community. You were an amazing teacher and loved your Hawaiian culture. Our deepest condolences to Tara. Sidney was our neighbor for many years and became a wonderful friend to our entire  family. He gifted us with humor, knowledge and Hawaiian culture, and in special unexpected ways and events that make him unforgettable.   We feel privileged to have been his friend. Sid’s example of acceptance, bravery, faith and grace throughout his battle will always be an inspiration to us.  Greg & Lynne
