Love you my Tauala family! 

Love you dad Ps Sualua! You always had so much love for me and your hugs were the absolute best. A fond memory will be when I met you and you spoke life into me at the age of 18. I’ll always remember that sermon about David and how he was a worshipper and my gosh when you called me out I literally couldn’t feel the ground underneath because I was so scared I was in trouble 🤣 but you spoke life and said I had potential to be a be a worshipper like David, and those words never departed from me. Thank you for all your love and words of wisdom. I’m really sad I can’t be there to celebrate your life but know you and my darling mama will always hold a special place in my heart. Sualua Manu Tauala was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a pillar of the He`eia Elementary School community and will be sorely missed. Countless children have been the beneficiaries of the Tauala family's generosity of time, energy, creativity, and love. The Tauala family is legendary at the school.

Mom and I met up with Uncle/Reverand Sualua and Aunty Vai Sunday evening at Denny’s. I remember sharing fries with my uncle as Aunty Vai (my mom's cousin) and my mom were speaking. I began to hum the song playing, “Unchained Melody.” I remember my uncle asking me if I knew who sang it, but I replied no. He then proceeded to tell me who sang this song, and instantly, we went down memory lane.

After we ate at Denny’s, after we hugged one of the many times before leaving one another, he asked for a selfie photo. So here we are.

Thank you two for setting an example of what a marriage centered and rooted to the lord looks like!

You showed us that the lord reaches us in ways we never imagined possible, thank you for bringing us back into the Lords house!
