He is survived by wife, Lien Ai Dang; sons, To Chi Phan, Minh Dang Phan, To Han Phan, Thanh Phan; daughters, Khiet Hao Phan-Wong, Tran Le Phan; 10 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at Borthwick Mortuary-Makai Chapel. Chinese services throughout with burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
