Susan Georgea Chung-Smith, 63, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on February 18, 2015 at Queen's Medical Center. She was a Clerical Admintrator for Hawaiian Tel and State of Hawaii. Susan is survived by her husband, Allan D. Smith; mother, Helen S. B. Young; sisters, Roberta Y. O. Quirit, Helene J. Chung, and Kathleen P. Chung.
Funeral services will be held on March 11, 2015 at Borthwick Mortuary - Mauka Chapel. Visitation will be at 5pm and service will begin at 6pm. Inurnment will be held on March 13, 2015 at Diamond Head Memorial Park at 10:30am.
