Thomas was born in Honolulu Nov. 19, 1940. He passed away Nov. 22, 2016. He is survived by daughter JoLyn, sister Elisa Carter, & many nieces and nephews.
There will be a scattering of Thomas’ ashes at sea off of Waikiki Beach on February 15, 2017 at 10AM.
