I uh. I keep finding myself coming back to this page. I just remembered something that reminded me of Alex. It feels weird, knowing it’s been so long and yet it still feels like it was yesterday. 
I just wanted to thank you, Alex. For inspiring me. Hope you feel okay up there man. 

We sat together at lunch sometimes and you walked me through the lunch line once ❤️and I went to you and your brothers party in 2019. You were so nice and I’ll always remember you that way

I remember when we were told about him, how quiet the class got. We looked at his chair, then one of his friends started to cry. Everyone cried. I looked out a window, watching a bird fly. ‘That’s you now,’ I thought. ‘Free and flying in the clouds like the angel we knew you were.’ 
We put the king of hearts on his chair and wrote his name on it. None of us ever sat in it. We left it empty for him. We still do. He was the king of comedy, and he lit up the room when he laughed. I’ll never forget any of his laughs. 
I wish I could have helped, and I miss him. 
We love you, Alex. 

Use to play video games with Alex everyday from jr high to highschool, never met him in person but he was one of my best friends I ever met. When playing the games that we use to play together I remember all the funny memories we had together in those games. 

a few days before he past he saw that i was upset, he gave me a hug and one of his airpods and we danced together for about 20 mins. i get that i might not have been his best friend, but he was mine. i considered him a beautiful person, his goofy laugh, his big smile, his crazy socks, every about his was just beautiful. i remember doing fake surgery with him during theater. although i didn’t know he was sad, i know that i couldn’t have helped and i couldn’t have stopped him. if i knew what he was going through i would’ve helped

Hi, my name is Shawn, I had second block with Alex and I will never forget the time when Alex came up to me and told me how excited he was to play our first football game, we were all so excited about it. Alex was the most energetic person I have ever met, he always wanted to have fun, no matter the circumstance. I wish I got to say goodbye one last time, I wish I would have hugged him harder the last time I saw him. I hope you're doing good up there Alex, I love you bud, our football team will never be the same. I promise I will never forget your smile, I love you forever. 

My favorite memory of Alex is him and I in class together, he always had a smile on his face and was always trying to help others. He told me "if neither of us are married by 30,  lets marry each other." I was really waiting for that day, I love him more than he will ever know and the fact that he's gone, breaks my heart. I'm so blessed to have known you, Alex Valverde. You're an angel, I will always do anything for you, please watch over me. I will always remember you as my best friend, and my lab partner. I love you forever Alex <3.

Hi my name is Trinity im a freshman and I knew Alex since last semester, we were in NJROTC together it was always amazing to see him and his smile. He was not him without his smile and personality. I'm sorry for you guys lost wish there was something I could do to help you. He hugged me and told me I was amazing every once an a while. He had an amazing spirit wish I could be around that same spirit every day of my life. Truly do miss him. Love and prayer sent to you guys from me and my family.❤

My son Xavier was a friend and football teammate of Alex. Xavier has fond memories of he and Alex horse playing at school having fun and on the football field. We are so sorry for your loss.
