My dad was my hero since the
age of 4.
I say that because he choose to be my Dad.
He didn't have to, after all, there was 4 of us! A lesser man would
have ran like hell!
My Dad was special for
for a hundred reasons! Anyone who knew him ,would know that to be true.
He was always there with advice, when I was going through what he called "the school of hard knocks"! Lol
Dad loved to tell jokes. His
"Dad Jokes" were usually corney
or he would mess them up trying to tell them. He was so funny, and so talented . Honestly, I thought
my Dad could do anything!
My Dad and Mom loved each other beyond measure.
My very first memory of him was funny now. but not so much back
You see I wanted to marry him for myself! He tried to explain why he couldn't marry me, but at age 4 ,I just wasent having it! So I cried for a long while until he bent down and hugged me.
He said he was marrying my Mom and wanted to be my dad instead. Either way I won, so I
was cool with it.
I can never express how grateful
I am that an Angel flew into our lives.
But I guess even Angels have to go home.....
I take comfort knowing my Mom was there right on time,
as I'm certain she had it marked on her calendar! They were a match made in heaven, and now they are
together again.

My sweet Opa, where to even begin on the impact you made on the world and how deeply you will be missed. When I think of you will always remember the good times we had, just sitting around at mom and dads house and talking. What I wouldn’t give to have one of those days back. But I know that when you walked into heaven, that those we have lost over the years were waiting for you and hugged you so tightly. That’s what helps gives me peace. I love you to the moon and back Opa. You were one of a kind and we were so incredibly lucky to call you ours!

Tio Angel, your passing several weeks after mom's death (your baby sister) shocked us all. I know however the bond you two shared was beyond words. You two wouldn't have any other way. It actually brings us comfort to know you are reunited in heaven now. As we go through videos and pictures of our family, we will hold onto the beautiful memories you helped us create. Life will definitely be different without you in it. The enormous love you have shown us will forever be in our hearts. Rest with the angels. Say hi to Wela,Welo,Tio Manuel and my mother Julie.

You are the strongest man I know and I know you fought the best you could to stay with me. My hero .
Mom came to get you and you had to go with her. I’m so happy you are together again.
I will miss you every day for the rest of my life . When the time comes and you come for me, I will not hesitate to run into your arms again. Rest In Peace Daddy
