Tony was a stranger to no one and was loved by all.
In loving memory, he is survived by his wife, Sheri Garcia-Bell; his children, Brandon Garcia and R.J. Garcia (Amanda); his grandchildren, Mariah, Juliet, Kairi, Lydia, Arlee, Opal, and Magnus; his father, Eugene Bell; his siblings, Missy Halsey (George), Sonia Jones (Ed), and Gary Bell; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Tony Bell Jr.; his daughter, Leanna Bell Lawson; and his mother, Rose Payne.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
