Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Arran Lakes Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Lafayette Memorial Park West on Raeford Road. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:45 pm prior to the service.
Charles was preceded in death by his father and mother, Hubert and Ida Atkins Wallace; children, Debra Wheeler and Dwayne Hanners; brother, Ed Wallace and sisters, Mildred Simmons, Catherine Miller.
Surviving are his wife, Rachel Wallace; children, Tracey Wallace, Sherry Gann, David Wallace and Tammy Speight; fourteen grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
