She was born in Cumberland County, NC to the late Donnie Spell and surviving mother Rebecca Brown Spell.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Robert Watts; eldest daughter Kayla Almazan and son-in-law Rolando Almazan; Daughter Shayna Raynor, Daughter Briana Raynor and Fiance Matt Sova, Daughter Brook Jones, and Daughters Destiny and Hannah Watts; brother, Ray Spell; grandchildren Ava, Mia, Adrian and Sterling.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 3:00 pm in Reeves Funeral Home chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 at the funeral home prior to the service.
