David E. (Butch) Andrews, Jr., 32, passed away at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Tuesday, February 10, 2015.
He is survived by one son, Justin Paul Johnson, mother, Lorraine Mohler, father David E. Andrews, Sr., stepmother, Manuela Andrews, brother Jacob and grandmothers, Elsie Mohler and Maureen Andrews.
There will be a private gathering for the immediate family and close friends on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Reeves Funeral Home in Hope Mills from 4:00 to 6:00.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carolina Treatment Center, Fayetteville, NC.
