Elizabeth Ann Cavenaugh

Elizabeth was a founding member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. She was very generous and donated to many charities and always helped anyone she could.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents Tommy and Millie Durden; her husband Louis Cavenaugh; her son Cecil Cavenaugh; her daughters Wanda Kay Cavenaugh, and Delmarie Floyd; her grandsons John and Jacob Cavenaugh; her brother Vernon Durden; and her sister Jackie Taylor.

Elizabeth is survived by her children Cheyenne Hodge; Louis Cavenaugh Jr. (Trixie); Quinnen Tribble (Linda); Charlotte Cavenaugh; Wade Cavenaugh (MellaDee); Jacob Cavenaugh (Debbie); Sandra Williamson (Donald); Ronnie Cavenaugh; and Jeannie Cavenaugh Woods (Jerry); as well as 23 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

A visitation with family & friends for Elizabeth will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 3529 Dundle Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM, 3529 Dundle Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306. A burial will occur Friday, December 6, 2024 at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Woods, Billy Baxley, Jared Woods, Michael Neighbors, Dalton Torres, Michael Hodge, Wade Cavenaugh, Jacob Cavenaugh.
