Ethel was born November 19, 1938 in Dillon County, South Carolinian to the late Jessie and Lillie Mae Sweat Wilkins.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Crystal Springs Church in Fayetteville from 12-1 pm. Funeral services will follow at the church at 1 pm. Interment will be on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 4 pm at Riverside Cemetery in Dillon SC.
Those left to embrace her memory and mourn her passing include two sons, Rolf Woodard and wife Effie of Asheville, NC, and Ricky Hubbard of Lancaster, OH; grandchildren, Jessica Small and husband Richard, of Fayetteville, NC, April Robinson and husband Jeremy of Fayetteville, NC, Ricky Hubbard, Jr., Hope Mills, NC, Rose Hubbard, Marion, SC, Amanda Mitchell, Lancaster, OH and Kaleb Mitchell, Lancaster, OH and seven great grandchildren.
