James N. Cook, 74 of Erwin passed away Saturday December 12, 2020 at his home. He was a Son of the late James A. and Mary E. (Reeves) Cook. James was a truck driver for many years and He served his Country Faithfully in the U.S. Navy. He was also a Vietnam War veteran.
James is survived by a Daughter; Candice Tart, A stepson; Chad Harris, three Sisters; Mary Burnette, Marie Tart and Anne Beasley, two Brothers; Robert Cook and Wayne Cook, a special niece; Wanda Muir and several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to His parents, James is preceded in death by a Son; Richard “Richie” Cook and a brother; Roy Reeves.
