Jennifer Lynn Savicki, lovingly known as Jenn, 46, passed away on July 29, 2026. Born to Arthur R. and Debra Savicki in Fayetteville, NC on September 28, 1979, Jenn was the oldest of two children and carried that role with a steady strength and a spirited sense of life.
Jenn graduated from Douglas Byrd High School, Class of 1997, where she played varsity volleyball and was a cheerleader—bringing energy, determination, and a bright humor to the teams and friends who knew her then.
For most of her working life, Jenn dedicated herself to retail management. She met the demands of her work with resilience and a practical steadiness, and she was known for meeting each day with both capability and an often well-timed wit.
Jenn loved the beach and found joy in simple pleasures: shopping, singing, listening to music, and playing BINGO. In these everyday delights, her adventurous spirit and warm humor were easy to recognize—an ability to make ordinary moments lighter, and to savor the places and pastimes that made her feel most at peace.
A lifelong part of Jenn’s foundation was her faith community. She attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church, where she was baptized, received her first Communion, and her Confirmation.
Jenn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Lillian Savicki, and John William and Suzie Marie Benton. She is survived by her children, Kaitlyn Nicole and Kent "Bubba" Moody; her parents, Arthur R. and Debra Savicki; her sister, Mechelle Savicki (Cory); her niece Hailey; and her nephew, Nick; as well as a host of other relatives, and friends.
