Judith was a woman who deeply loved her family, but more importantly, loved the Lord. She led many souls to Jesus, and even helped people find their way back to Him. She loved to crochet and made sure just about everyone had a blanket. She was a caregiver in her personal life as well as her career, and retired from nursing after 32 years.
Judith is preceded in death by her parents, Cicero and Joyce Cranford.
She is survived by her husband, Alex Savant; her children, Christina Hollar (Joe), Travis Delano (Amy), and Joseph Savant (Stephanie); her stepsons, Nicholas Savant, Kade Savant (Jessica), and Garrett Savant; 18 grandchildren; her sisters, Beth Riddle and Karen Spencer; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members. She also leaves behind two very special friends, Cynthia and Steve Cunningham.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Cape Fear Cancer Center and Amedysis Hospice for the exceptional love and care shown to Judith throughout her treatment.
