Kathleen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a long time member of Cumberland Baptist Church. She worked with children for over 30 years and was involved in many church activities throughout the years. She was also the treasurer of the Neighborhood Watch. She loved to sew and cook. She enjoyed vacationing in Iowa while visiting family.
Kathleen is survived by her husband of 58 years, Eugene Tannehill; her children John Edward Tannehill, Thomas Eugene Tannehill (Ellen); his grandchildren, Timothy Bittner (Kim), Taylor Tannehill, Jessica Tannehill, and Levi Tannehill; two great grandchildren; her brother, Don Mastin; and his sister Vonda Reynolds.
Funeral services will be held Thursday September 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Cumberland Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery.
