She was born on January 22, 1966 in Danville, Virginia to the late William Cortez Smith and Maxine Arthur Somers Smith.
Preceded in death by Jacob's father Ronald.
She is survived by one son, Jacob Chance Lewis Stapleton, of Fayetteville, NC.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. in Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Beasley officiating.
Interment will be private.
