Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Lovick Dorman, 86, of Fayetteville died Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She was born January 18, 1928 in Cumberland County, daughter of the late Thomas Leonard Lovick and Ida House Lovick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Worth Dorman. Mrs. Dorman was a member of Wade Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 7 at 11:00 A.M. at Wade Baptist Church with Rev. Rocky Barnes and Rev. Robert Guynn officiating. Burial will follow in Old Bluff Cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Larry Lovick and wife JoAnne of Falcon and Tommy Dorman of Eastover, one sister, Helen Matthews of Wade, one grandson, Brandon Lovick and wife Christy of Goldsboro, and four great grandchildren, Mary Catherine, Elizabeth, Luke, and Nathaniel Lovick. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 7 from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Wade Baptist Church.
