Mary was a member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia. She enjoyed sewing and her favorite project was making pillows with pictures of her grandchildren on them. She was an absolute joy to be around and we are blessed to have known and loved her.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, James Charles Pait, and her parents, John and Mary Strickland. She is survived by her children, Michael Pait and his wife Tina, Teresa Bryant and her husband Bart, and James Pait and his wife Lisa; her grandchildren, Megan, Krystle, Kaitie, Kyle, Auston, Morgan, Tyler, Bart, Brandon, and Sam; 7 great grandchildren with new arrivals on the way; and her sisters, Shirley White and Patricia Bowles.
A graveside service for Mary will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
