Mary Schneider

Mary DePriest Schneider, 91, passed away peacefully on September 25th in her sleep surrounded by her children. She was born on January 21, 1935, and lived a life filled with love, service, and devotion to her family and community. She was a Gold Star widow, carrying the memory and sacrifice of her husband Frank Schneider Jr. with strength and grace throughout her life.

Mary’s greatest joy was the people she loved. She is survived by her three children, Paula Sweatt, Mike Schneider and his wife Barbara, Tracy Schneider and his wife Krista, and her four grandchildren, Brandon, Kyle, Addison and Camden.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of Mary’s life will be held at her home, 1515 Camelot Drive, Fayetteville, NC, on Sunday, October 11th, from 2:00–4:00 p.m.

Anyone who knew Mary is warmly welcome to come and celebrate her life and share memories with her family.
