Miss Nancy was the most wonderful woman. She was able to keep Scott sane when the station was going crazy. She has left a lasting impression in all our hearts. She will be greatly missed, and forever loved. Scott and Grace Logue and Renee' Logue Fox

Nancy was a very kind person and my family will miss her greatly.  We enjoyed camping and partying with her family & her in the 70's.  I have a lot of great memories of her. She will be greatly missed...but I know she's happy to see Steve again.  (And Becky Blankenship will probably ask her what took her so long...it's time to go bowling!)

Some time ago, when Allan, Sandy, and Karla  were going to visit Mimi, they first stopped in NC.  Nancy ended up going with them.  My sister was a little anxious as she said she had never been around her much.  After the visit, we talked, and she told me what a wonderful time they all had and how much fun playing games with Nancy. She also told me that one morning Karla had a Reece's peanut butter cup.  Sandy had left the room and Karla wanted another one.  Mimi was afraid she would get into trouble if she gave her a second.  So Grandma Nancy said " well if we give it to her and send her outback, mom will never know."  Lol so that is what they did.  My sister was delighted that she had a partner in crime.  That's what normal grandmas do.

Thoughts are prayers are with you.   I can't get you out of my thoughts.. I know it is a difficult time.

Nancy Odenbaugh was the wife of CSM Larry Odenbaugh and the mother to my fellow military brat friend, Tina, when I knew them when we were all stationed in Bad Hersfeld, Germany in the mid-1970's. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May God provide you with peace, comfort and strength during this most difficult time.

Tina, I have deep compassion for you and your family for the  loss of your mom.  I was just a teenager back then in Hersfeld, but I remember so many good times at your home!  A big part of it was being able to come over to your house and knowing that your mom and dad would make me feel “just at home”. I remember her just as a very nice and pleasant mother.  Although she has left physically, it is such memories that will keep her alive in my mind for the rest of my life.  I pass by Bad Hersfeld two to three times a year, and I always drive by your old residence and think of all the wonderful times I was able to have there.  My thoughts are with you. Take good care

Nancy was absolutely my best friend all through High School.  I have always loved Nancy very much.  She and Rocky and at one point Steven spent  at least one maybe two Christmases together in Germany in the mid 50s with my parents and sister.  I wasn't there because I had gotten married not long before my parents left for Germany.  I have pictures of them all together.  It was like Nancy got to fill in for me with my Mom.  Nancy and I remained friends always, only separated by distance which is a big regret for me.  I so wish we had taken time to travel back and forth to spend more time with each other.  I love you always my friend Nancy.  You will always be my best friend, no one can replace you, ever.  God bless everyone in Nancy and Rockies family.  I know how hard this is for you.  I know that you will see her again....I certainly plan on it.

Hey east coast family (that's what Aunt Nancy called you guys). We here the west coast family would really like to say we love you and she will be missed.  There just are no words but sadness right now but  always be in our thoughts.  Toooooooo many memories, lots of fun times when we did have the opportunity to be together, having dinner in Las Vegas and us kids at the kids table, (again) she came out to Tillicum for its 100 year celebration, just because, one year she came to visit us and brought one of her granddaughters, Karla,  they were both wondering if in the end was a good idea, we had the best time ever, actually went to the Pacific Ocean beach, I remember they both said it was cold.  Times like these will never be forgotten. The miles were between us but the phone was just a reach away.  Prayers are with you all.  Love Sharon
