Oscar was born on March 3, 1944 in Bayport, NY, to the late Oscar Terry and Pauline Jones King.
He was an Army veteran.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Reeves Funeral Home in Hope Mills, NC.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00pm on Thursday in Reeves Funeral Home chapel, with Pastor Robert Guynn officiating.
Oscar leaves behind to cherish his memory, three sons, Terry King, Brian King, and Scotty King; sister, Carol Nunnery; brother, Ernest Wilson King; and 3 grandchildren.
Oscar was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
