To peter, my young padewon. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. You were the little brother I never had. I miss you very much my friend and I know you are saving a spot up in heaven for me. I'll see you when I get there brother.

Pete you were always my little brother in heart. I will never be able to thank you enough for being such the best friend that you were to me. In the last days I had to be with you lil'bro. Was my birthday and you ragged on me for being a old man just watching the news. But now I just wish you would be able to get picked on for getting older. I will miss you forever man it's just not the same. Who else will be there to hog the hackey sack or  super glue pennies to my brand new dresser?  We all think about you all the time , We will all meet up again one day. But of course you will still be banned from playing SoulCalibur. With love from your brother from another mother AL.

I don't know what to say...I am still in utter disbelief and shock. Peter was so much more to me than just my little brother. He was my best friend and I know that I was his. Peter was the one constant variable in my life. No matter what was going on, what was changing in our little world, Peter was there right by my side going through and experiencing what I was going through. I was never alone. I could count on Peter for anything. He would drop everything for me. It didn't matter what time is was or what he was doing, he never let me down. He was my rock. We knew each others every story, every accomplishment and every failure and no matter what we never judged each other. He was always so happy. Nothing ever really got to him. He wasn't concerned with what people were saying or what they were doing. He didn't care how he looked and didn't try to impress anybody. He was never fake, he never tried to be anything that he wasn't. He was just Peter. He was sincere and friendly to everyone. He made people feel welcome. He would never leave anyone out. No matter where he was or what he was doing he was having a good time. He was the kind of person that people gravitated to. Being with him made you feel good. You couldn't be upset around Peter, it was impossible.  He was the smartest person I knew. It always amazed me that things he could do and with so little effort. It just came naturally to him. I would give anything to hear his car pull up...have him walk in the door "What up g monies..." or the infamous "your a towel" when he didn't want to hear what you were saying.  I miss all of those things about him. I miss seeing him everyday. But most of all I am going to miss him saying "Hey Beck...I looooove yoooouuu!"  I can't even begin to imagine what life is going to be like without him here with me. I don't want to either. I always looked out for him, I wanted nothing but the best and I know he did the same for me. I loved how when I had excited news I could tell him and he would get just as excited with me. He was an awesome uncle. Tyler loves him so much. Everyday he would ask me if uncle Peter was coming over and when he did they were inseperable. It was so funny wathcing them play starwars. Even with a 5 year old he was not fake. He would genuinly play with him and would not get annoyed or grow tired of it. Peter was so kind spirited and strong willed. He was dependable and caring. Peter truly is an inspiration of how we should all be. Despite the fact that I am older, I looked up to Peter just as he looked up to me. He was taken too soon. It just isn't fair. It isn't right. He was an "A-mazing" person with such great potential. He really did have the biggest heart. I could keep going on and on forever. My hearts aches knowing that I won't be able to see that crooked smile or his cowlicked hair. I am truly going to miss him. Peter I love you....you will always be my little Petey poo. Until we meet again "im gonna roll bounce"

I am at a lost of words for the loss of my brother Peter, I have spent the last few days thinking of what I could say here and still feel that my words only scratch the surface. I think of all the time we spent together as kids and how I wish I was able to spend more of it now than ever, you never really think that the last time you see someone will actually be the last time. I am just glad that the last time me and Peter where together I gave him a hug and told him that I loved him and how I wished he was closer to me. My oldest daughter and him share a birthday only 6 years apart and although we did not seem to get together often all my kids loved their uncle Peter. He was an amazing young man who took his time to find his path but no matter that he knew what he wanted and did what ever it was to get it. He was always faithful and was a man of his word, i never doubted the great things he would have accomplished. He was taken from us to soon and even though I feel cheated, I know the Lord has him in a better place now where he is surrounded by loved ones and waiting for the time that we will all be reunited again. I have read all the posts and they make me wish that much more that I had lived closer to my brother and sister, i can only hope that I made him as proud as he made me, I love you Peter, you will be truly missed and never forgotten.

My dear sweet peterbug. I dont think you ever really knew how much everyone loved and still loves you. You were one of a kind. A true and honest friend. You helped my kids with homework and me with my issues. As crazy as it got you never passed judgement and were always here. Its so hard not seeing you everyday. I'll always love you and miss you forever. R. I . P. Sweetest friend.

My thoughts and prayers are sent to the Thompson family during this difficult time.  Pete was a great friend and I will always cherish the great times we had fishing, playing poker, and just hanging out.  His memory and spirit live on through all the lives that he touched. My heart aches for the Thompson family. I have been best friends with Peter's sister for over 17 years now. I watched Peter grow up into a young man. He was always there for anyone who needed him, and was one of the smartest and most intelligent people I have ever met. He was taken too soon. I am praying for all those who were touched by Peter's life. He will be truly missed and I will cherish all the memories I have of him.

So sorry for the thompson's familys. Peter was a every good friend of my son Jessie,and was at my house often..he was a great young man and will be missed..
