Philip retired after 26 years of service in the Coast Guard, as a Chief Warrant Officer W-4. He was also employed at the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources for about eight years and was recognized as employee of the year. Philip enjoyed going to Phillies games with his father when he was a child, and then later on with his wife, Cheryl. He also enjoyed golf, softball and bowling.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents Chester and Ruth Wolfe. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; and his two brothers, Paul and Mark.
