Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Stewart and Helen Smallen Thomas; brother William S. Thomas and sister Patricia A. Ervin.
Among those to mourn her passing are husband, Paul C. Cornelius, Sr.; sons, Paul C. Cornelius, Jr and wife Angelique, James S. Cornelius and wife Michele, Patrick S. Cornelius and wife Melissa; brother-in-law, J. E. Ervin; sister-in-law, Bernice Thomas; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
