Robert Hodges Banks

Mr. Robert Hodges Banks, 85, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Highland House of Fayetteville. He was born on February 15, 1926 in Lenoir County, NC to the late Leland and Barbara Banks. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Reeves Funeral Home chapel in Hope Mills, NC, with the Pastor Tim Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 11:30am to 1pm prior to the service. Mr. Banks was preceded in death by his wife, two sisters, and a brother. He is survived by one sister, two stepchildren and their families, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.

papa pete you are is in better place now. you took the place of my real papa after he passed away. i am going to miss you so much. we did have some crazy times. now God is going to get him a few laughs in now. rest in peace papa pete i will always love you and miss you
