Stephen Schmidt

Steve was born in Allentown Pennsylvania to Francis and Dorothy Schmidt. He served in the United states Army and received many commendations including Silver STAR Medal, Bronze STAR Medal (2), Purple HEART, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and many more. He was a Lifetime Member of the Special Operations Association. He was an avid fisherman and no fish was safe if he was on the water. Overall, he lived life to the absolute fullest.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents Francis Bernard Schmidt and Dorothy Schmidt; his son, Davin Schmidt; as well as his granddaughter Emma Laurin Schmidt. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Shean-Schmidt; his children, Soren Erek Schmidt and Stephanie Anne Schmidt-Williams and her husband Jason; his grandchildren, Davin Schmidt II, Darin Schmidt, and Drake Schmidt; his brother, Brian Francis Schmidt and his wife, Ann Marie Mack-Schmidt; his nieces, Diana Felice Schmidt and her husband, Nicholas Christensen, and Jasmine Sickles-Patrick and her husband, Alex Patrick; as well as a host of other family members and relatives.
