Ms. Grant was preceded in death by her father, Harold “Buddy” Grant.
Leaving to cherish her memories are, life partner Sharon Rush; children, Katie Grant, Corey Grant, and Tyler Rush; brothers, Linwood “Woody” Grant and Edward “Eddie” Grant; mother, Claire Grant; aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of friends.
She was a devoted mother who dedicated her life to her children. She enjoyed family gatherings and vacations at the beach.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in Reeves Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00p.m. prior to the service.
