She was born in Scotland County on May 6, 1941 to the late John Henry and Ada Barrentine Gasaway.
Left to cherish her memories are husband, Williams Stacy Bledsoe, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Ada Jean Cottrell of Hope Mills and Robin Faye Jolly of Fayetteville; two sons, William Stacy Bledsoe III of Fayetteville and Richard Brady Bledsoe of Hope Mills; sister, Glenda Hales of Grays Creek; brother, John Gasaway of Grays Creek; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2012 at Reeves Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2012 in Reeves Funeral Home Chapel. She will be laid to rest in Cumberland Cemetery.
Pallbearers are David Royal, Allen Cottrell, Fred Cooper, Michael Jolly, Tavis Morrison, and Kenny Royal.
