Mrs. Oakes, I never had the pleasure to meet you but Amber spoke so often & lovingly of you, I feel like I know you. Your greatest legacy is the love & guidance you gave your daughter, and she in turn, is giving all her love & guidance to Hannah. Your legacy will see them through the loss they feel & your memory will bring comfort to them forever.

Mrs. Terri I will always cherish the memories of meeting you through my grandmother. You were one of the most sweetest, loving, caring and kindest woman I've ever known. I wish as an adult I would have took the to time to visit with you. We did share social media and for that I'm thankful that we were able to keep in touch these past few years. You will truly be missed by so many. Fly high my "Angel" and give my grandmother "Elfreda" a hug for me. Love you always, Wendy

My precious cousin Terri,My heart is so hurt and saddened. It's been so long since we seen or talked due to our miles apart which makes this even harder to absorb. I always loved you and the whole family so much. All of ya'll are one of a kind, very special and precious people. I'll carry you in my heart till we're all together again. I have many fond memories of you to help me make it through life. You were the best person to talk to when feeling sad or depressed. You were such a happy uplift. Heaven truly gained such a precious angel.Till we're together again, you're in my memories and heart.

I will always remember the wonderful times we had with your mom, dad, brothers and sister. Since you were the oldest niece in my family, you always had a special place in my heart. I always loved you and will miss you. We sure had some good phone conversations and the last one was Christmas Eve when you called to tell us Merry Christmas and that you loved all of us (my entire family was here and it was special to all of us). Your suffering is over now and you will not have to "sit and rock" with pain in your arm any more. I know you are at peace now with Jesus and Uncle Homer and I will see you again.
We love you and will miss you! Uncle Homer and Aunt Peggy
