Regina Smith

In Loving Memory of Regina Smith Born September 7, 1968 in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to parents Jose Angel Ruiz Torres and Maria Ramona Martinez Esparza. She joins her father Jose Angel in heaven. She is survived by her mother Maria Ramona, her husband Alberto Smith, daughters Nikki and Jocelyn Smith, sons-in-law Abraham Zarate and Francisco Galindo Jr., sisters Patricia Dolores Ruiz and Veronica Ruiz de Osuna, and brothers Jose Angel, Jose Martin, and Victor Ruiz, as well as her many nieces and nephews. Her legacy continues with the five grandchildren she cared for and loved deeply, Xander Abraham, Kayla Marisol, Xitali Yvonne, Kamila Rose, and Romeo Maxen. Her memory lives forever in their hearts along with those of many nieces, nephews, and Godchildren that loved her dearly. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love have left a lasting legacy that will continue to live on in all who were blessed to know her. En memoria de Regina Smith Nació el 7 de septiembre de 1968 en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México; hija de José Ángel Ruiz Torres —con quien se reúne ahora en el cielo— y María Ramona Martínez Esparza. Le sobreviven su esposo, Alberto Smith; sus hijas, Nikki y Jocelyn Smith; yernos Abraham Zárate y Francisco Galindo Jr; sus hermanas, Patricia Dolores Ruiz y Verónica Ruiz de Osuna; y sus hermanos, José Ángel, José Martín y Víctor Ruiz. Su legado perdura a través de los cinco nietos a quienes cuidó y amó profundamente: Xander Abraham, Kayla Marisol, Xitali Yvonne, Kamila Rose y Romeo Maxen. Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Horizon, 478 North Kenazo Avenue, Horizon City, TX 79928, US, on July 29, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm., with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 14600 Horizon Blvd. Horizon City, TX 79928, on July 30, 2026, from 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm.

A Committal Service will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906, US, on July 30, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
