Barbara Finance

She was born on July 25, 1948 in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii. She married Christian Pierre Finance in Chicago, Illinois and was happily married for 48 years. She and her husband owned and operated French restaurants in Chicago, Hot Springs and Springfield. She retired from sales at J.C. Penny after 15 years.

She is survived by her husband, Christian; sister, Annie Finance; daughters, Aimee Norcross and husband Tom, Lynne Bobbitt and husband Matt; grandchildren, Arianna Norcross, Teryn Norcross, Annie Bobbitt; sister, Kathie Spennicchia (Nick); brother, Tim Albin (Gayle) and many other beloved relatives. She adored her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them as they did with their beloved “Nana”. She was loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.

The family is organizing a celebration of life at a later date. Per her request, there will not be a service at this time. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Garland County.
