Born in 1942 in Crockett's Bluff, AR, Jean lived a full and vibrant life marked by deep faith, joyful energy, and unwavering devotion to those around her.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, JE and Hallie Keithley; her son David Almond; her husband Roger Almond; her brother Joe Keithley; and her daughter Rachel Stolz. Though she experienced profound loss throughout her life, Jean remained a source of strength and light for those who knew her.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband Bob Robertson; her grandson, Blake Mitchell (Hannah & Archie, Warren, and Dean), Kaylin Reames (Harman & Theodore), and Kristin Weyenberg (Colin Smith); her sister Carol Baird (Bob), and brother Dan Keithley (Christy). Her family was a central part of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Jean's life was filled with joy and movement - she had a passion for travel and square dancing that reflected her spirited nature. Her love for adventure was matched only by the warmth she extended to everyone she met. Described as vibrant, loving, caring, funny, smart, and devoted, Jean left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A woman of deep faith, Jean was very active in Church activities at Grand Avenue Methodist Church. Her spiritual life was not only a personal foundation but also a guiding light for others. One of Jean's greatest desires is that all her family and friends will come to know Jesus as their saviour and meet her again in Heaven - a testament to the depth of her belief and the love she held for those around her.
To know Jean was to love her. Her memory will continue to inspire kindness, laughter, and faith in all who were touched by her presence.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
A memorial gathering will be held on November 7th, 2025 at 2:00pm with visitation beginning at 1:00pm at Gross Funeral Home, 120 Wright St, Hot Springs, AR.
