Cam’Ron’s smile, humor and humanity guided him through many difficult situations. Often, it was Cam’Ron’s concern for the happiness of others which led to him cracking a joke or giving one of his sincere, love-filled hugs.
Very talented, Cam’Ron excelled on and off the basketball court. Whether it was a pick-up game or just solo hoops, Cam’Ron enjoyed the sport and comradery it brought. Music was another talent. Cam’Ron’s creative outlet, he was known to rap and create his own beats.
Driven and goal oriented, Cam’ron at sixteen had already earned his high school diploma, dreamed of becoming a barber and one day owning his own shop. No one doubts he would have made this happen.
In a dark world, Cam’Ron was a bright light extinguished too soon. He will be missed by his friends and so many who loved him.
Cam’Ron is survived by his mother, Jennifer Marie Coger; father, Vailaquese Coger; maternal grandmother, Joyce Capps; paternal grandmother, Luddie Larkins; brother, Keaton Ballard; sister, Kashia Ballard; and many more extended family.
