Carrie Ann Mehalic

Carrie was a member of Oma Community Church and the Ark of Praise. She loved singing, especially lifting her voice in worship. She belonged to the First Step “On Our Own” community for over 25 years and was valued member of the Hot Springs Civitan Club. Carrie also enjoyed arts and crafts.

Carrie loved everybody and everybody loved Carrie. Those who loved and will miss her most are her parents, Thomas and Louise Weatherford Mehalic; brothers, Kevin (Kim) and Steve (Tina) Mehalic, sister, Aimee (David) King; twelve nieces and nephews; ten great-nieces and nephews; an amazing extended family; and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Chase Mehalic, Chance Mehalic, Beau Short, Stevie Mehalic, Justin Schwartz, Jedd Lambert, and Dawson King.

Honorary pall bearers will be Oma Community Church, Ark of Praise Church, Margaret Harvey, Dr. Kevin Hale, Dr. Lewis Cox, the staff at Genesis Cancer Center, the staff at First Step, and her much loved special caregivers- Tina Mehalic, Amber Mehalic, and Nichole Sieck.

A Celebration of Carries Life will be held 2pm, Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Gross Funeral Home Chapel. A Visitation will begin an hour prior to service. Officiants will be Randy Kincannon, Joe Harvey, and Gary Jennings.

Internment at Oma Cemetery will follow.
