She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Henry Cobb, Donna Folk, Danny Cobb, Sherry Cobb, John Cobb and Pamela Ratliff.
Cindy is survived by her sister Lori Rester, daughters Shannon Dickson and Tiffany Goessman, grandchildren Trevor, Andrea, Connor and Jesse along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial will be held at Oaklawn Chapel on December 10th, 2023 at 4:00 PM
