She was born on December 17, 1941 in Beaver, Ohio. Dolly is predeceased in death by her father and mother Roy and Molly Moore and several siblings. Survivors include her loving husband Ed Owens, her sister Marie Davis, and five children. Ernest (Ernie) and Eloise Maynard, Mary and Ronny Tabor, Mitchell Maynard (Connie), Eddie and Lisa Maynard, and James (Jimmy) and Melissa Maynard. She is survived by a host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
There will be a private memorial service for family only at a later date.
