Edith Jane Hixson

Edith was a Real Estate Agent for many years after raising her family in Little Rock. She enjoyed visiting and traveling with family and friends. She also enjoyed passing her time by sewing, painting, paper crafts and watching Razorback football when they won.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Gladys; brother, Jess Wilson Hixson Jr; and grandson, Holden Morales.

She is survived by two daughters, Georgia Jones and husband Ray; Debbie Huber; son, Herb Huber and wife Tanja; sister, Grace Sokolik and husband Brian; brother, James Hixson and wife, Peggy; five grandchildren, Erin Sanders, Jason John, Aidan Klug, Sophie Huber, and Jocelyn Huber; two great grandchildren Courtney Jarrett and Andrew Johnson; and great great grandchild Christopher Orellana.

We wish to extend our utmost gratitude to the Nurses and Staff of Garrett Woods Nursing and Rahab for their exceptional and compassionate care of our mother.
