Ellen has been my friend for 60 years. As child, Ellen thought the words to "Bringing in the Sheaves", were "Bringing in the Sheep". Her older sister, Linda, who could not sing at all, would aggravate little Ellen by chasing her around the house singing "Bringing in the Sheep" as loud as she could, prompting Ellen to cover her ears and scream, "Mama, make her quit, make her quit!"
That story was told many times through the years, and we laughed and laughed!
Ellen was sweet, kind, and dear, and my true and genuine friend. I will truly miss her.

I went to high school and college with Ellen. We had lost touch for a number of years, but when we were looking for people to come to one of our reunions, we found her!!
I did get her to come to the reunion and we renewed our friendship until recently.
I'm so sorry she passed away. It was too soon. I do know that she will be happy to meet Jesus face to face!!!

I went to school with Ellen from Greenwood all the way through high school graduation.
I have a picture of her at my birthday party back in the 50s. I’ll see if I can find it.
We were in Brownies and Girl Scouts together. We’ve fallen out of touch through the years, but I will always remember her soft and sweet nature.
 My sympathies,
Janet Neal Fotioo
